my daily good habits: gratitude, encouraging and light exercise [clear my clutter]
Here is my daily good habits from tomorrow.
[gratitude]
I write one thing that I am grateful for happening today on this weblog.
[encouraging]
I smile to myself in the mirror and say,
"I will do what I want to do. I am free."
[light exercise]
I have decided to do following light exercises in the morning.
1) cleaning for 15 minutes
2) 5 step excise in a few minutes on the URL below (in Japanese)

This is the easiest excise as far as I know.
(Though the website recommends us to take a dietary supplement
made from special kelp, I have no plan to take it.
Lutein is the only one dietary supplement for me.)
It seems that walking and slow jogging are very popular now.
But I want to do something I can do every day regardless of the weather.
